Job summary

Martin Brower in Dublin is hiring a Warehouse Operative for a full-time on-site role with night shifts. You will support picking, packing and despatch of orders in a multi-temperature FMCG environment, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to customers.

Responsibilities include stock checks, vehicle unloading, safety compliance, and maintaining clean, safe workspaces while collaborating with Supervisors and team members to meet daily targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in a physically demanding FMCG environment.
• MHE operation experience with date reach or counterbalance license.
• Able to adapt to changing demands and priorities.
• Calm under pressure with good time management.
• Strong awareness of Health & Safety standards.
• Innovative, forward thinking and proactive.
• Team player with collaborative attitude.

Responsibilities

• To pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
• Check accuracy of picked orders and report issues to Supervisor.
• Unload/strip-out vehicles and prepare for loading per process.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and follow clean-as-you-go policy.
• Uphold high Food Safety and Health & Safety standards.
• Keep stock levels and pick faces accurate and safe.
• Operate warehouse resources safely and efficiently.
• Communicate clearly with Supervisors and teammates.
• Work in a multi-temperature environment as required.
• Ensure items are checked in, stored securely, and rotated daily.
