Qualifications

• Previous experience leading or supervising a team in a fast-paced warehouse or logistics environment.
• Strong people-management skills to lead, coach and motivate night shift staff.
• Clear focus on safety, operational performance, service and continuous improvement.
• Good working knowledge of warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office.
• Confident communication and relationship-building across operations, management and customer teams.
• Flexibility to work the required night-shift pattern in Dublin.
• IOSH Managing Safely is desirable.
• Experience with bonded warehouse systems is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead the night-shift operation, prioritising work safely and efficiently to quality standards.
• Manage day-to-day team performance: attendance, productivity, coaching and reviews.
• Monitor KPIs, identify underperformance and implement corrective actions.
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure incidents are reported and investigated.
• Plan labour and resources to meet demand and service commitments.
• Deliver shift briefings and performance dialogues to encourage ideas.
• Identify training gaps and maintain training records.
• Respond to issues and escalate where needed with practical solutions.
• Maintain site security and support measures for colleagues and assets.
• Support audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
