You will own maintenance delivery, influence plant uptime and KPIs, and drive reliability across electrical infrastructure to support production performance. Qualifications

• Recognised trade qualification in electrical engineering or equivalent.
• Demonstrated maintenance experience in an industrial/manufacturing setting.
• Strong knowledge of industrial machinery and production-line electrical systems.
• Experience delivering preventative maintenance within a structured framework.
• Hands-on fault diagnosis and resolution on manufacturing equipment.
• Understanding of production processes and how electrical reliability supports them.
• Ability to proactively identify problems and implement timely solutions.
• Sound knowledge of health, safety and regulatory standards for industrial electrical work.
• Effective communication across engineering, production and leadership functions.
• Autonomous contributor who works well within a wider engineering team.
• Competent IT/PC skills for maintenance record-keeping and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver preventative maintenance programmes to protect plant uptime.
• Drive electrical efficiency KPIs across the site.
• Lead root cause analysis on breakdowns and implement lasting fixes.
• Identify risks and opportunities in electrical infrastructure.
• Support cross-functional projects and ensure electrical systems align with priorities.
• Execute equipment modifications to improve throughput, safety and efficiency.
• Champion continuous improvement to raise performance standards.
• Maintain rigorous safety and regulatory compliance in all activity.
• Contribute to engineering budget discipline and cost control.
• Mentor and upskill colleagues to strengthen technical capability.
• Partner with project teams to deliver site-wide initiatives.
• Represent electrical function within wider engineering and production strategy.
