Role And Responsibilities

The key responsibility of this role is to ensure we consistently deliver the highest standard of customer care to all of our guests. Additional duties include:

• Providing quality overnight service to all our guests
• Night cleaning
• Hotel security
• Hotel reception duties including answering guest requests and telephone enquiries
• Setting up Banqueting & Meeting rooms as required
• Assisting in all other areas of the Hotel as required

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience ideally 2 years in a similar role
• Ability to multi-task & prioritize
• Excellent attention to detail is required
