Job summary

Excel Recruitment is recruiting a Night Pack Manager for a busy Dublin supermarket. You will lead the overnight replenishment operation, manage the night team, and ensure the shop floor is fully stocked and ready for trade each morning.

The role requires strong leadership in a high-volume retail setting, with focus on stock replenishment, merchandising, and ensuring health & safety standards are followed throughout the night shift.

Night Pack Manager - Supermarket - Dublin

Excel Recruitment is currently recruiting a Night Pack Manager for our client’s busy supermarket in Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced retail professional to take responsibility for the store’s overnight replenishment operation, leading the night team and ensuring the shop floor is fully stocked, organised, and ready for trade each morning.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the overnight replenishment operation, ensuring deliveries are processed and stock is efficiently replenished across the shop floor
• Lead, supervise, and motivate the night pack team, delegating tasks and ensuring productivity targets are achieved
• Ensure excellent product availability, merchandising, stock rotation, and presentation standards throughout the store
• Coordinate deliveries and stock movement, ensuring products are handled, stored, and replenished correctly
• Monitor team performance and provide training, support, and guidance to maintain a productive overnight operation
• Ensure all company procedures, health & safety requirements, security measures, and operational standards are followed throughout the night

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a Night Pack Manager, Night Shift Manager, Grocery Manager, Retail Supervisor, or similar retail management role
• Experience within a supermarket, grocery, or high-volume retail environment is highly desirable
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate an overnight team
• Good knowledge of stock replenishment, merchandising, deliveries, and inventory procedures
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines
• Flexible and hands-on approach with the ability to work overnight shifts in a fast-paced supermarket environment
