Job summary

The Cork International Hotel is seeking a Night Porter to deliver a high level of guest service and promptly handle inquiries. Under Night Operations you will register and greet guests, respond to requests, manage reservations and room status, and maintain a safe, secure hotel environment in line with policy.

Responsibilities include completing night audit tasks, coordinating with the Front Office Manager, patrolling the premises, assisting with shuttle guests to the airport, and supporting

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high level customer service and guest support.
• Ability to respond to guest requests promptly and professionally.
• Basic understanding of hotel front desk operations and safety procedures.
• Knowledge of guest service standards and security practices.

Responsibilities

• Register, greet and assist guests on arrival and during the night shift.
• Respond to guest requests and information needs about the hotel and surroundings.
• Maintain security procedures and log books; report incidents as required.
• Complete night audit tasks and liaise with Front Office Manager as needed.
