THE ROLLING DONUT LIMITED in Ireland is seeking a Night Production Supervisor to oversee donut decorating, production, packing and logistics. You will supervise a team to ensure brand standards and maintain quality control across shifts.

Responsibilities include HACCP, Health & Safety, planning and controlling production, waste management and record keeping. Training and evaluating new hires will also be part of the role.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising production teams in a food/manufacturing setting.
• Knowledge of HACCP and Health & Safety protocols.
• Ability to plan and control production, manage waste, and keep quality records.
• Experience training and evaluating new staff.
