Job summary

The Spencer Hotel in Dublin is seeking a Full Time Night Auditor to join the Front Office team and ensure smooth overnight operations.

You will greet guests, answer queries, assist with check-ins/check-outs and oversee the night audit process, while maintaining guest satisfaction. The role offers training and development, flexible hours, meals on duty and access to hotel discounts within the MHL Hotel Collection.

Job description

The Spencer Hotel (part of the MHL Hotel Collection) currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Full Time Night Auditor to join their Front Office team.

General duties will include:

• Greeting & assisting guests in a warm and friendly manner
• Answering queries and making arrangements for guests, relating to transportation, restaurant reservations, interesting places to visit, cultural events, childcare, shopping, and any other needs.
• Inspect all public areas and supervise the maintenance and cleanliness of the same.
• Oversee the night audit process to ensure complete accuracy
• Perform all functions of a front office receptionist and concierge
• Assist with check-ins and check-outs
