Engage People Recruitment in Ireland's South Dublin seeks an ICT Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of technology projects spanning AI initiatives, software implementations, and infrastructure upgrades. You will manage projects from planning through to handover, collaborating with internal IT teams, business stakeholders and external partners.

This hands-on, delivery-focused role requires taking ownership, advancing projects independently, identifying risks early, and communicating clearly

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ICT project management experience.
• Experience with AI, automation or digital transformation.
• Experience delivering software implementations and system rollouts.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple ICT projects from planning to delivery.
• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, risk registers.
• Coordinate internal IT teams and external partners.
• Gather requirements and communicate progress.
• Lead project meetings and track milestones.
• Monitor delivery against scope, budget, deadlines.
• Identify and resolve risks and delivery issues.
• Ensure successful handover to IT support.
