Job summary

All Homes is seeking an experienced New Business Development Manager for a Dublin-based field role. You will primarily generate new opportunities across Commercial Print, Leaflet Distribution & Direct Mail, meeting clients throughout Dublin and working from the Ballymount office when required.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of B2B sales experience, a proven track record of winning new business, and strong negotiation and presentation skills.

• Minimum 5 years' B2B sales/business development experience.
• Proven history of winning new business.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• This role is ~90% business development with limited account management at start.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced New Business Development Manager to join our Dublin team. This is a true new business role. If you enjoy opening doors, winning major accounts and building long-term commercial relationships, we'd like to hear from you.

The Role

This is approximately 90% business development with very little account management initially. You'll spend much of your week meeting clients throughout Dublin while working from our Ballymount office when required. You'll be responsible for generating new opportunities across our three core divisions:

Commercial Print

Leaflet Distribution & Direct Mail

Target customers include:

• Construction companies
• Property developers
• Marketing agencies
• Retail groups
• Government bodies
• Local authorities
• Corporate organisations

What We Look for

• Strong commercial focus

• Minimum 5 years' B2B sales/business development experience

• Full clean driving licence
• Experience in signage, print, advertising, media, marketing or a related industry would be a significant advantage
