Job summary

LauraLynn, Ireland's Children’s Hospice, based in Dublin, is seeking a Neonatal Palliative Care Service Development Lead. This fixed-term, full-time role leads neonatal palliative care development, implements new service pathways, and strengthens partnerships with maternity hospitals, NICUs, and community providers to improve family-centred care.

The post holder will champion best practice and coordinate across care settings.

Qualifications

• Strategic nursing leadership experience in neonatal care.
• Experience in service development and quality improvement.
• Ability to work with multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of neonatal palliative care pathways and service models.
• Support integration of LauraLynn’s Community of Care within neonatal and maternity settings.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance care coordination and family support.
• Provide leadership to ensure family-centred care and best practice across services.
