Job summary

Mott MacDonald is seeking an NEC Project Manager to deliver the Greater Dublin Drainage Project (GDD) on ECC contracts. You will report to the Lead Project Manager and Project Director, ensuring NEC-based contract administration and robust project controls, in a highly integrated water environment.

Ideal candidates bring NEC accreditation, experience with MainOptions A/C/E, and a track record in delivering complex infrastructure programmes while leading diverse project teams and stakeholders in

Qualifications

• NEC Project Manager accreditation, ICE
• Experience managing ECC contracts across MainOptions A, C and E
• Excellent IT skills (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) and strong communication
• Chartered CHPP or working towards chartered status and CPD commitment
• Ability to operate autonomously within a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities

• Act as the NEC Project Manager, administering client contracts under NEC procedures
• Manage Early Warnings, Compensation Events, and programme submissions
• Monitor delivery against scope, cost, programme, quality and performance
• Chair NEC meetings and foster collaboration across parties
• Coordinate stakeholders for review/acceptance of submissions and deliverables
• Provide contractual guidance and support to project teams
• Identify and mitigate project risks and opportunities with robust governance
• Develop relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver value
• Experience with NEC PSC and PSSC forms of contract
