Job summary

Jacobs is seeking an experienced NEC4 Project Manager to lead the administration and delivery of major infrastructure contracts under the BusConnects Programme in Ireland. You will manage NEC4 Design & Build contracts, oversee contract administration, compensation events, and programme performance, while coordinating with stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams.

The role requires extensive NEC3/NEC4 expertise, strong leadership, and delivery track record on large-scale projects from planning

Qualifications

• Experience administering NEC3/NEC4 contracts in client-side roles.
• Delivery of major infrastructure projects from planning to close-out.
• Strong contract strategy, scope development, and procurement knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Administer NEC4 Design & Build contracts for client.
• Lead contract administration, compensation events, and programme reviews.
• Oversee NEC processes and support timely decisions.
• Review contractor programmes for alignment with milestones.
• Manage compensation events and early warnings.
• Lead risk management and NEC Early Warning processes.
• Coordinate reporting to senior stakeholders.
• Act as liaison between Client, Contractor and project teams.
• Support establishment of site-level operations and team leadership.
