Job summary

Aramark Ireland is seeking a Maintenance Technician - Plumbing in Dungarvan, Co. Waterford. This permanent, full-time role reports to the onsite manager and requires a qualified plumber with broad maintenance experience to support client facilities.

The candidate should have strong Excel skills and a clean driving licence, with potential flex weekend work. Experience with BMS is a plus and training may be offered for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Must be qualified in a Plumbing trade with FM maintenance experience.
• Plumbing background with multi-skilled facilities management experience.
• Experience with BMS/control systems is advantageous.
• Excel competency is essential.
• Flexibility for weekend work on ad hoc basis.
• Clean driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance, installation or servicing work as detailed by Aramark/client specification.
• Comply with company procedures on client premises and health/safety requirements.
• Maintain company equipment in clean, safe, and presentable condition.
• Accurately complete all paperwork and documents.
• Coordinate with clients and staff to ensure efficient service.
• Prepare permits and supervise sub-contractors on site; manage waste per procedures.
