Job summary

Aramark Property is seeking a Multi-Trade Maintenance Operative to join the team in Dublin. The role involves completing a daily list of maintenance tasks across various properties, with scope for independent work and teamwork with colleagues.

You will perform plumbing, carpentry, plastering, groundwork and painting tasks, keeping logs up to date, and ensuring health and safety standards are met. The candidate must hold a Safe Pass and a clean Irish/EU driving license, and bring hands-on trade

Qualifications

• Valid Safe Pass.
• Full, clean Irish or EU driving licence.
• Trade skills and experience (carpentry, brick laying, ground works, plastering, minor plumbing and electrical repairs).
• Experience using hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Complete multi-disciplined types of maintenance and repairs both inside and outside designated properties such as plumbing, plastering, carpentry, groundwork, and painting.
• Ensure specified standard of work is maintained and all site logs, records and documentation are kept up to date.
• Exercising a good level of initiative and independence on site to resolve issues.
• Regular and timely communication with the Property Managers and if necessary, collaboration with workers and other professionals during designated work.
• Be willing and able to always drive company vehicles responsibly.
• Ensure all hand and power tools used by the maintenance team comply with all relevant Health & Safety regulations and are stored in a safe and tidy manner.
• Be vigilant about any Health, Safety and Welfare risks in the workplace and bring any concerns to the attention of your manager or Health & Safety Representative.
