Job summary

BAMBINO KITCHEN LIMITED in Dublin 7 is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to carry out preventive and corrective maintenance across the central production unit and retail stores. The role requires diagnosing faults and performing repairs to keep equipment safe and efficient.

You will monitor performance, assist with installation and servicing, and prioritize tasks across multiple sites while adhering to health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and facilities across the central production unit and retail stores.
• Perform routine inspections to identify faults, wear, and maintenance requirements.
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions and carry out repairs to restore safe and efficient operation.
• Replace defective components and undertake minor mechanical and facility maintenance work as required.
• Support the installation, adjustment, testing and servicing of equipment and machinery.
• Monitor equipment performance and report recurring faults or maintenance issues.
