• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, policies, and procedures to advise customers accurately.
• Meet or exceed performance targets including response times, resolutions, and customer satisfaction.
• Use internal and external systems daily and adhere to company guidelines.
• Undertake ad-hoc duties as required.
