Job summary

Randox Health is seeking a Clinic Area Manager to oversee multiple clinics across Ireland, with bases in Dublin. The role encompasses daily operations, staff management and liaison with GPs and couriers to maintain high-quality patient care.

Essential criteria include a university degree, flexibility to work hours incl. weekends, travel across sites and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Hepatitis B vaccination and Garda Vetting are required during the selection process.

Qualifications

• University degree in business, healthcare or science.
• Flexibility with working hours, including some weekends.
• Experience in customer service.
• Ability to travel across multiple sites in Ireland.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Ensure day-to-day operations of Randox Health clinics in Ireland.
• Manage clinical staff across Ireland and liaise with GPs, specialists and couriers.
• Develop and appraise staff; monitor training plans.
• Manage clinic expenditure and ensure supplies, equipment and facilities are adequate.
• Cover reception duties when needed and maintain high patient service levels.
• Assist with recruitment and rota planning; travel regularly within Ireland.
