Job summary

Randox Laboratories in Dublin is seeking a Regional Performance Partner to join our Quality Management team. This full-time, permanent role focuses on driving operational performance and continuous improvement across Randox Health Clinics and Randox Clinical Laboratory Services in Ireland.

The role involves lab and clinic site visits, KPI monitoring, data analysis, implementing sustainable improvements, and ensuring compliance with ISO 15189 and other governance frameworks.

Qualifications

• Essential: life sciences degree and diagnostic testing experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Demonstrate leadership qualities and self-motivation.
• Strong systems skills to produce correspondence and documents.

Responsibilities

• Spend time in labs and clinics within your region observing operations.
• Monitor KPIs at source and analyse data to identify inefficiencies.
• Drive continuous improvement and embed sustainable changes with operations teams.
• Ensure all processes align with regulatory and quality guidelines (e.g. ISO 15189).
