Job summary

Crown Paints is seeking a field-based Retail Sales Merchandiser to maximise brand visibility across Ireland. You will merchandise stores, maintain fixtures, and ensure optimal store standards in key accounts.

This 3-month temp role requires implementing promotions, engaging with store staff, and reporting market feedback. A driving licence and ability to manage a busy workload are essential; prior retail merchandising experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail/merchandising is preferred.
• Able to manage own workload and priorities.
• Full driving licence is required.
• Field-based role with mobility across Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and maintain store fixtures.
• Optimise brand sales opportunities with key retail accounts.
• Implement range reviews and promotions on time with relevant POS.
• Participate in projects such as store refits/new/conversion works.
• Build brand awareness via in-store training and demonstrations.
