Job summary

Next Generation Recruitment is seeking a Project Manager to support an MS&T team across technology transfer, process characterization, scale-up and validation in a pharma manufacturing setting.

The role focuses on developing integrated schedules with Primavera P6, providing project controls, and coordinating cross-functional activities to meet milestones. Strong communication and document control within a regulated Quality System are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical discipline.
• 5-9 years of relevant Project Management experience in pharmaceutical/regulated environments.
• Experience with Primavera P6 scheduling and integrated project schedules.
• Knowledge of baseline management, critical paths, dependencies, milestones and schedule risk management.
• Experience supporting MS&T teams in complex project environments.
• Experience with change control and document control in a regulated Quality System.
• Experience with technology transfer, process characterization, scale-up, commissioning/qualification and validation is advantageous.
• Strong communication, organisation and stakeholder management across cross-functional teams.
• PMI/PRINCE2 or equivalent certification is advantageous.

• Support execution and coordination of post-OQ project activities.
• Provide clear project updates and maintain alignment across technical stakeholders.

Education & Experience

• Demonstrated hands-on experience developing, maintaining and managing integrated project schedules using Primavera P6.


• Strong knowledge of project scheduling, baseline management, critical paths, dependencies, milestones and schedule risk management.


• Experience supporting technical, engineering, manufacturing or MS&T teams within complex project environments.


• Experience managing change control and document control activities within a regulated Quality System.


• Experience with technology transfer, process characterisation, scale-up, commissioning/qualification and/or validation projects is highly advantageous.


• Strong communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across cross-functional technical teams.


• PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent Project Management certification is advantageous
