Job summary

EFOR is seeking an experienced MSAT Support Engineer for a 6-month contract in Ireland. You will provide technical support for manufacturing processes, troubleshoot operations, and drive process improvements to enhance yield and product quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in MSAT, process engineering, or manufacturing support within pharmaceuticals or biotech.
• Sound knowledge of GMP, regulatory guidelines, and manufacturing best practices.
• Demonstrated experience in process troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Experience with technology transfer and validation activities.
• Familiarity with bioprocess or sterile manufacturing operations.
