Job summary

ABEC is expanding its Project Management team to lead diverse, high-impact engineering projects from kickoff to final customer acceptance. You will oversee execution, coordinate cross-functional teams, and serve as the main customer contact, ensuring safety, on-time delivery, and alignment with specifications.

The role requires a Bachelor's in engineering and 7–10 years in engineering with 5+ years in project management, including experience with industrial, process, or manufacturing equipment

• Experience managing industrial, process, or manufacturing equipment projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex engineering projects from start to finish.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, forecasting, and change control.
• Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, procurement, quality, and operations teams.
• Serve as a primary customer contact throughout the project life cycle.
• Review technical specifications, P&IDs, and project requirements.
• Drive safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.
