Job summary

Company Details Confidential in Ireland is seeking an experienced vehicle technician to diagnose, repair and service vehicles to manufacturer specifications.

You will use diagnostic equipment and our Tech plus app to complete service records, work with a team, and communicate additional work clearly to customers. This fast-paced role requires strong IT skills and meticulous attention to detail in a wholesale/retail automotive environment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosis, repairs and servicing of vehicles to manufacturer specifications.
• Use diagnostic equipment and a systematic approach to diagnose and fix faults.
• Understand latest technology in vehicle range and how to diagnose/repair faults.
• Complete relevant service documentation through our paperless processes on Tech plus app.
• Maintain high-quality work ethic with strong attention to detail.
• Exhibit excellent communication and IT skills, identify and explain additional work, and record video/photos in the VHC system.

Job Description

• Must have relevant experience and qualifications.
• The salary range is €37,000 - €42,500 per annum.
• The standard working week is 39 hours.
• Diagnosis, repairs and servicing of vehicles to the highest standards and to the appropriate manufacturer specification.
• Through the use of diagnostic equipment and a systematic approach, ensure vehicle faults are diagnosed and rectified.
• Ensure full understanding of latest technology introduced on the vehicle range and how to diagnose and repair faults on them.
• Complete relevant service documentation through our paperless processes on our app Tech plus.
• High-quality work ethic with attention to detail being of utmost importance.
• Have excellent communication & IT skills, competent at identifying and clearly explaining additional work required and using our online VHC system to record video and photos.
• Sector: wholesale and retail trade; repair of motor vehicles and motorcycles
