Aviva in Ballybrit, Galway, is expanding its Motor Injury Team and seeks experienced claims professionals to join. We value a dynamic approach, technical expertise, and a customer-first mindset, with APA or CIP qualified candidates encouraged.

You will manage a diverse portfolio, make informed liability decisions, negotiate settlements, and work with solicitors, medical professionals, and other stakeholders to move claims to resolution while providing clear and compassionate support.

Qualificações

• APA (Personal & Commercial) or CIP qualification, with a strong foundation in injury claims handling and a solid understanding of the Irish claims landscape.
• Proven ability to assess complex information quickly and act decisively in the best interest of all parties.
• Customer-first mindset with the ability to manage sensitive conversations and deliver outcomes balancing empathy and commercial awareness.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a diverse portfolio of motor injury claims from straightforward to complex with care, efficiency, and technical accuracy.
• Make confident, well-informed liability decisions and negotiate settlements that are fair, timely and cost-effective for customers and Aviva.
• Provide clear, empathetic support to customers throughout the claims journey with reassurance and clarity.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders including solicitors, medical professionals, and third‑party providers to drive claims to resolution.
• Demonstrate strong reserving and file estimation practices while communicating transparently throughout the process.
