Qualifications

• QFA qualified or working towards QFA/APA.
• 3–5 years’ experience advising mortgages in the Irish market.
• Strong knowledge of Irish mortgage products, lender criteria and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Professional, ethical and client-focused approach.
• Experience in a brokerage or multi-lender environment.
• Knowledge of protection products (mortgage protection, life cover, income protection).

Responsibilities

• Provide regulated mortgage advice in line with Central Bank of Ireland requirements and the Consumer Protection Code.
• Conduct detailed client fact-finds and affordability assessments.
• Advise on a broad range of mortgage products including first-time buyers, movers, switchers and remortgages.
• Manage mortgage applications from enquiry to drawdown.
• Maintain accurate client records in line with AML, GDPR and compliance standards.
• Achieve agreed sales and service targets with a customer-first approach.
• Keep up to date with regulatory, lender and market developments.
• Complete ongoing CPD to maintain QFA status.
