Job summary

Spot Recruitment is seeking a Mortgage Advisor for a well-established financial services firm in Blackrock, Co. Dublin. The role covers advising clients on suitable mortgage products from initial consultation through to drawdown, while building strong lender and referral relationships.

You will assess financial circumstances and affordability to match clients with lenders, handling all related paperwork and ensuring regulatory compliance. This is a full-time on-site position.

Qualifications

• QFA qualified with at least 2 years' mortgage advisory experience.
• Broker or banking background with a proven sales and pipeline track record.
• Full driving licence and own car required for client visits.

Responsibilities

• Advising clients on mortgage products from first consultation through to drawdown.
• Building and maintaining relationships with lenders, brokers and local referral sources to keep a strong pipeline of clients.
• Assessing financial circumstances, credit history and affordability to match clients with the right lender, while managing all related paperwork and compliance requirements.
