Job summary

West Pharmaceutical Services, Inc in Dublin, Leinster, is seeking a Production Operator for a fixed-term contract through November 2026. Under supervision, you will mold and trim products, manage quality checks, and coordinate with a cross-functional team across a 12-hour shift cycle (8pm-8am and 8am-8pm).

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, attention to detail, GMP knowledge, basic computer skills, and English proficiency, with a focus on manufacturing excellence and product

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Acute attention to detail is required.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Ability to apply Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• English reading and writing proficiency needed.

Responsibilities

• Under supervision, operate molding and trimming presses to specified quality and quantity.
• Process product through washing, drying, and other required treatments.
• Set up equipment accurately and maintain product flow through the module.
• Record documentation to ensure traceability and quality.
• Maintain clean workstations and adhere to safety and site procedures.
• Support Lean initiatives and collaborate with team members.
