Job summary

West Pharmaceutical Services is seeking a mold and trim operator for fixed-term night and day shifts in Ireland. You will assist with molding and trimming processes, following SOPs and quality standards to produce finished products.

You will maintain documentation, support lean manufacturing, and ensure safe, accurate setup of equipment. Training and teamwork are essential in this hands-on role.

Qualifications

• Must possess an acute attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills (mouse/keyboard).
• Ability to apply Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• General use of computer workstation; SAP knowledge preferred.
• Team player and able to train others; read/write in English.

Responsibilities

• Operate a mold press to produce molded panels of product following site SOIs and work instructions.
• Set up and operate a manual/automatic trim press; ensure accurate equipment setup.
• Process product through washing and drying, ensuring flow through module.
• Maintain documentation to ensure product traceability and quality.
• Promote Lean practices and adhere to safety rules.
