Job summary

Brightpath Recruitment is assisting an Irish construction client with a Site Manager/Assistant Project Manager role for a modular construction project based in Kill, Co. Kildare. You will oversee day-to-day site operations and supervise the installation and finishing of modular units to high standards.

Key requirements include strict compliance with fire protection, air-tightness, certifications and quality controls, plus strong digital competence and experience with Procore.

Qualifications

  • Proficient with Procore or similar construction software.

Responsibilities

Our client, a leading Irish construction company, is seeking a Site Manager/Assistant Project Manager to oversee a modular construction project based in Kill, Co. Kildare. This role requires strong technical knowledge and construction compliance awareness.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will manage day‑to‑day site operations, ensure all modular units are installed and finished to the highest standards, and maintain strict compliance with fire protection, air‑tightness, certification, and quality requirements. Strong digital competency, including experience with Procore, is essential.

Key Responsibilities
