Responsibilities

• Attend, host or coordinate department meetings and ensure directives are followed.
• Collaborate with teams and other departments to achieve design goals.
• Deliver timely, high-quality structural drawings and designs.
• Develop and monitor design budgets and schedules.
• Mentor and guide team members and review delegated work.
• Contribute innovative design ideas and present to clients.
• Assist in creating design delivery schedules with client, PM and consultants.
