Job summary

Suretank Group is seeking an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to join the Project Delivery team in Dundalk. You will work directly with the Commercial Manager, providing support on cost control, tendering, procurement and contract administration for modular/off-site manufacturing data centre projects.

You will assist with cost plans, budgets, valuations and monthly reports, while ensuring accurate variation costing and robust procurement processes.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience as a QS.
• Experience in modular/off-site manufacturing (OSM) environments is preferred.
• Strong numerical and cost-control skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide cost plans, budgets and monthly forecasts for projects.
• Handle cost tracking, valuations and commercial reporting.
• Maintain commercial logs, project folders and financial documentation.
• Draft detailed cost breakdowns for variations and supply proposals.
• Assist with procurement, subcontracts and tender submissions.
• Monitor cost-to-complete metrics and identify risks early.
