Job summary

Signify Technology is seeking a Mobile Development Manager (iOS/Android) to lead a squad responsible for consumer-facing mobile apps. The role blends people leadership, technical guidance and delivery ownership to build high-quality experiences.

You’ll directly manage iOS engineers, guide technical decisions, and collaborate with Product, UX, QE and other technical teams throughout the SDLC. Hybrid in Dublin for a 6-month contract, with emphasis on shipping robust mobile features.

Qualifications

• Experience leading software engineers and career progression discussions.
• Proven track record delivering native iOS and/or Android apps.
• Experience improving team delivery with Agile practices and metrics.
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Experience delivering consumer-facing mobile apps at scale.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop iOS engineers through regular 1:1s and performance reviews.
• Provide technical guidance across architecture, design, and release decisions.
• Partner with Product, UX, QE and TPM to define requirements and priorities.
• Improve squad delivery through planning, refinement, and retrospectives.
• Own squad reporting: progress, risks, blockers and improvements.
• Promote engineering excellence through testing, reviews, and continuous delivery.
• Contribute to mobile strategy and cross-team standards.
