Job summary

Uniting Holding is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Operative to carry out essential repairs within resident homes and across estates. You will work with the Facilities and Tenancy Services teams to keep communal areas and properties in a safe, high-quality condition and to support timely re-letting through void works.

You will handle reactive and void repairs, conduct basic carpentry, plastering, painting, minor plumbing and groundworks, inspect works, and advise tenants on heating and condensation

Qualifications

• Leaving Certificate with passes in Maths and English.
• Safe Pass certification is required.
• Experience in construction-related roles or a relevant qualification.

Responsibilities

• Reactive & void repairs across homes and estates.
• Maintain communal areas to high safety/quality standards.
• Assist with estate maintenance and landscaping tasks.
• Coordinate with contractors and tenancy teams as needed.
• Advise tenants on heating, condensation, and safety matters.
