Job summary

Sigmar Recruitment partnered role for an experienced Mobile HVAC Technician to service and maintain a portfolio of commercial and industrial sites across Dublin and surrounding areas. The role covers PPM, reactive maintenance, fault finding, and repairs on AHUs, FCUs, and related plant.

You will work on a variety of equipment, maintain safety standards, update CAFM records, and travel between client sites with a company vehicle and fuel card.

Qualifications

• Qualified HVAC technician or mechanical trade background.
• F Gas certification preferred.
• Experience in facilities management, maintenance, or building services.
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills across HVAC systems.
• Experience carrying out both planned preventative and reactive maintenance.
• Full clean driving licence.
• Good health & safety and compliance knowledge.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a mobile workload.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on HVAC systems across multiple client sites.
• Service, maintain and repair AHUs, FCUs, ventilation systems, pumps and related plant.
• Diagnose faults and perform repairs to minimise downtime.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure equipment operates efficiently.
• Complete maintenance reports and update CAFM systems accurately.
• Ensure all work complies with health & safety regulations and industry standards.
• Build strong relationships with clients by delivering high-quality service.
• Work independently to manage daily schedules and service calls.
