Job summary

Pitney Bowes is looking for a Field Service Engineer to support customers across Ireland, including Cork and surrounding areas, with occasional travel across the country. You will install, maintain, and repair equipment on-site, diagnose issues, and drive service revenue while ensuring customer satisfaction.

The role requires independent work, strong technical skills, and a customer-focused approach, with travel to Northern Ireland as needed and a company car or car allowance.

Qualifications

• Proven field service or maintenance experience with electro-mechanical equipment.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills for quick fault resolution.
• Excellent customer-facing communication and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site installation, maintenance, and repair across Cork and surrounding areas, with travel across Ireland.
• Diagnose issues and carry out corrective actions to restore equipment performance.
• Build strong customer relationships and provide a high-quality service experience.
