Job summary

Lenovo's field service team is seeking experienced engineers to provide on-site hardware repairs across Ireland. You will travel to customer sites, perform repairs on laptops/desktops, and test equipment to completion.

Prioritising customer service, you will manage your own schedule and parts logistics while working with Lenovo's diagnostics guidance to close each ticket. Ideal candidates will have hands-on repair experience, strong diagnostics, and a full driving licence with access to a

Experience in field service engineering or mobile IT support.
Hands-on experience with hardware repairs and diagnostics.
Ability to work independently, travel frequently and maintain professionalism on-site.

Responsibilities

Travel to customer sites across your region to perform hardware repairs.
Collect parts from local depots or pickup locations as needed.
Review fault information and repair action plans, perform repairs and test equipment.
Document work in the dispatch/ticketing system and update status.
Return faulty components to depots and liaise with customers professionally.
Manage daily schedule, travel and workload with minimal supervision.
