Job summary

NetApp is seeking a Migration & Modernization Business Development Manager to lead demand creation and accelerate growth across EMEA and LATAM, shaping opportunities at the intersection of modernization, cloud migrations, and data center transformation.

You will equip field teams with messaging, build partner programs, and drive repeatable demand-gen motions, with travel across regions and a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in business development or strategic sales within enterprise tech.
• Proven ability to generate pipeline and influence revenue growth.
• Experience targeting EMEA/LATAM markets.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English.

Responsibilities

• Own the Migration & Modernization pipeline generation strategy across EMEA/LATAM.
• Identify target accounts based on modernization triggers and cloud transformations.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Partners to run campaigns, workshops, executive engagements, and assessments that generate qualified opportunities.
• Develop executive relationships to uncover opportunities and qualify deals.
• Expand opportunities within existing customers and promote cloud transformation initiatives.
• Create go-to-market plays and repeatable demand-generation motions.
• Enable the Field with messaging and tools to identify modernization opportunities.
• Drive partner-sourced pipeline through joint customer engagements and migration initiatives.
