Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Migration Delivery Lead to drive large-scale customer migrations from kickoff to go-live. You will be the primary technical and strategic contact for migration pods, coordinating with our Global Delivery Center (GDC) engineering partners, and ensuring every engagement drives measurable value as customers move to modern cloud architectures.

Qualifications

8+ years in Professional Services, Customer Success, or Technical Consulting.
Deep domain expertise in Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Revenue Cloud, or Tableau.
Ability to translate complex architectures into business terms.
Experience with global/offshore delivery models.
Knowledge of Salesforce core or specialized clouds.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end migration engagements with technical delivery oversight.
Coordinate with Account Teams to align migration goals with business strategy.
Build relationships with business and technical stakeholders for clear decisions.
Develop focused delivery plans with key milestones and timelines.
Drive adoption of AI agents and automation tools to accelerate delivery.
