Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Migration Delivery Lead to drive complex customer migrations from kickoff to go-live. You will act as the primary technical and strategic contact for migration pods, coordinating with GDC partners and ensuring measurable value as customers move to cloud architectures.

You'll bridge legacy environments with modern platforms, accelerating timelines through automated playbooks and AI-assisted tooling, while providing feedback to Product and Engineering on field performance.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in Professional Services, Customer Success, or Technical Consulting, with a focus on large-scale platform migrations.
Strong domain expertise in Marketing Cloud, Data 360, Revenue Cloud, or Tableau is preferred.
Ability to drive business value, facilitate technical discussions, and navigate complex stakeholder conversations.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end migration engagements and ensure successful go-live.
Align migration goals with broader business strategy and renewals.
Build relationships with business and technical stakeholders and translate technical challenges into actionable decisions.
Develop and execute focused delivery plans with high-impact milestones.
Coordinate enablement sessions to prepare customer teams for platform transitions.
