Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Manager, Success Architecture, Data 360, to lead a global team of Success Architects and drive strategic customer outcomes across the Data 360 platform.

You will partner with regional and global stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive adoption and value realization, and manage escalations in a fast-growing environment.

Strong leadership, data-driven decision making, and ability to influence across diverse teams are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in consulting/professional services or customer success.
• 5+ years at management level leading teams.
• Experience managing teams of 12+ in enterprise settings.
• Cloud/SaaS software experience with global customers.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication at all levels, including C‑level.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a world-class Success Architect team.
• Drive customer adoption, value realization, and outcomes.
• Manage CSAT, productivity, time to resolve, and KPI targets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience.
• Represent customer voice to stakeholders and feed product feedback.

Education

BA/BS Degree or equivalent
