Job summary

Salesforce.com, inc. Dublin is seeking a Technical Migration Delivery Sr Lead to own end-to-end customer migrations to cloud platforms, coordinating with GDC engineering partners and ensuring go-live success.

You will act as a trusted advisor, bridge legacy systems with modern clouds, drive AI-assisted tooling, and partner with product teams to translate field insights into platform improvements. Previous large-scale migrations and offshore delivery experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Professional Services, Customer Success, or Technical Consulting with large-scale migrations.
• Deep domain expertise in Marketing Cloud, Data 360, Revenue Cloud, or Tableau.
• Ability to translate complex tech into business language and drive value.
• Experience with global/offshore delivery models (e.g., GDC) to accelerate delivery.
• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce core clouds and migration tooling.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end migration engagements, owning technical delivery, health, and go-live outcomes.
• Align migration goals with customers' strategic renewal and expansion plans.
• Build relationships with business and technical stakeholders for clear decisions.
• Develop delivery plans with high-impact milestones and strict pod timelines.
• Facilitate enablement sessions to prepare customer teams for platform transitions.
