Job summary

RAD Search's Dublin client is seeking an Architectural Technologist to take ownership of technical packages from early design through construction, leading BIM coordination and consultant management.

You will work closely with senior staff, directors, and clients, with a mix of office design work, site involvement, and business development exposure.

€56,000 - €68,000 per annum plus benefits, with hybrid working, pension, enhanced leave, CPD and subscriptions.

Our client is an established architectural practice with a strong reputation for delivering complex projects across a range of sectors. With a healthy pipeline of work and ambitious growth plans, they are looking to strengthen their senior technical team with the appointment of an Architectural Technologist in Dublin.

This is a role for someone who enjoys being at the centre of project delivery. You'll take ownership of technical packages from early design stages through to construction, leading coordination efforts, driving quality standards, and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, compliantly, and to a high technical standard.

Role:

You’ll be trusted to help support and manage projects and work packages with a high degree of autonomy while working closely with Senior members of the team, Associates and Directors.

You'll be involved throughout the project lifecycle, contributing to design development, technical detailing, BIM coordination, consultant management, and construction-stage support. The role offers a strong mix of office-based design work, client interaction, multidisciplinary coordination, and site involvement.

There is also an opportunity to become involved in client presentations, bid submissions, industry engagement, and business development activities, providing valuable exposure beyond day-to-day project delivery.

Software:

Revit is essential.

€56,000 - €68,000 per annum + benefits and package.
