Ballyfin Demesne in rural Ireland seeks a passionate Pastry Chef to lead the pastry section of our Michelin-star kitchen. You will craft desserts, bread, chocolates and seasonal pastries for tasting menus and a la carte service, with a focus on quality and creativity.

We require at least 4 years in a similar role, preferably in a Michelin restaurant, and legal eligibility to work in Ireland. This full-time position offers a competitive salary and generous benefits in a intimate 21-bedroom estate
