Qualifications

• Experience as a Head Chef or an ambitious Senior Sous Chef ready for the next step.
• A background in fine dining or a quality-led restaurant.
• Excellent technical cooking skills and a strong understanding of seasonal produce.
• Creativity and the ability to develop menus with a clear identity.
• Proven leadership skills and the ability to inspire a kitchen team.
• Strong organisational and commercial management skills.
• The ambition to work towards Michelin Guide standards.
