Job summary

The Croke Park Hotel is seeking an experienced MICE Sales Executive to drive group, conference, and event business from local to international markets. You will build strategic relationships with corporate clients, agencies, and DMCs while collaborating with revenue, marketing and operations to ensure flawless event delivery.

Ideal candidates bring at least 3 years in hospitality sales within a 4-star hotel, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and a driving license for sales missions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in hospitality sales or events within a 4-star hotel.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding revenue targets.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and secure new MICE business opportunities for the hotel.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts, corporate clients, agencies, and associations.
• Collaborate with revenue, marketing, and operations to ensure seamless event delivery.
• Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, site inspections, and familiarization trips.
• Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline reporting via CRM systems.
• Meet or exceed revenue targets in the MICE segment.
• Monitor industry trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
