Job summary

The Croke Park, Dublin, part of The Doyle Collection, is seeking a Sales Executive to lead MICE sales, focusing on group, conference, and event business from local to international markets. You will build strategic relationships with corporate clients, DMCs, PCOs and agencies.

You will collaborate with revenue, marketing and operations to deliver seamless events and achieve revenue targets, while representing the hotel at trade shows and inspections. This role is based at The Croke Park, Dublin.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in hospitality sales or events within a 4-star hotel environment.
• Demonstrable track record of meeting/revenue targets.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of the Irish corporate, association, and agency markets.
• Experience working with CRM systems and hotel PMS (e.g. Opera).
• Ability to travel for sales missions or international exhibitions.
• Full driving license and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and secure new MICE business opportunities for the hotel.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, corporate clients, agencies, and associations.
• Collaborate with revenue, marketing, and operational teams to ensure seamless event delivery.
• Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, site inspections, and familiarization trips.
• Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline reporting via CRM systems.
• Meet or exceed individual and team revenue targets in the MICE segment.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and market demand to adjust strategies.
