Job summary

The Croke Park Hotel, part of The Doyle Collection Ltd., is seeking a MICE Sales Executive to drive group, conference, and event business across local, national, and international markets. You will build strategic relationships with corporate clients, DMCs, PCOs, and agencies to grow revenue.

Responsibilities include securing new MICE opportunities, maintaining key accounts, and collaborating with revenue and marketing teams to deliver exceptional events.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in hospitality sales or events within a 4-star hotel.
• Demonstrable track record of meeting/exceeding revenue targets.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and secure new MICE business opportunities for the hotel.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts, corporate clients, agencies, and associations.
• Collaborate with revenue, marketing, and operational teams to ensure seamless event delivery.
• Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, site inspections, and familiarization trips.
• Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline reporting via CRM systems.
• Meet or exceed individual and team revenue targets in the MICE segment.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and market demand to adjust strategies accordingly.
