Responsibilities

• Lead MES Specialists and Junior MES Specialists, providing guidance and technical expertise.
• Oversee design, configuration, testing and deployment of Master Batch Records (MBRs).
• Lead MBR design reviews with Operations, Process Validation, Quality, IT, and R&D.
• Manage testing activities to ensure MBRs are fully validated.
• Drive ongoing MES development and continuous improvement of MES processes.
• Deliver training and support to EBR users including Supervisors and Operators.
• Develop MES procedures and documentation to ensure compliance.
• Coordinate MBR change requests with stakeholders for timely implementation.
• Ensure deviations, change controls and CAPAs follow quality systems.
• Lead system integration with ERP, OSI PI, Siemens PCS7, Wonderware, Werum.
• Troubleshoot MES issues and interface errors between ERP and MES.
