Job summary

ICDS Group is seeking an experienced Operations Project Engineer to own the delivery of complex manufacturing and engineering projects from planning through commissioning. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage schedules and risks, and oversee subcontractors to ensure safe, efficient, high-quality results.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Project Engineering, Site Management, Manufacturing or Construction.
• Strong background in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, or related engineering disciplines.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent planning, reporting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel and Project.
• HVAC, data centre, or industrial projects.
• Interpretation of engineering drawings, P&IDs, and electrical schematics.
• Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of complex manufacturing/engineering projects from planning through commissioning.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage project schedules and risks.
• Oversee subcontractor activities and ensure safe, high-quality delivery.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
• Interpret engineering drawings and electrical schematics to support project execution.
